Tut,tut lads, we have to travel a long way to northern show, anyway isn't part of the fun of a M/H, the journey there and seeing a different place. ;-)

Hi don - it's not the distance or the journey that's the problem - just that ALL the major Warners shows are now going to be in the southern half of Britain. We do frequent Peterborough and will be going to Malvern this year too but it is also nice to be able to visit a 'local' show - especially if you just want to go as a day visitor.

Since when has Cheshire been in the southern half of the country. Knutsford is just south of Manchester and it would be interesting to hear the comments of Mancunians being considered southerers!

Even Yeti (in his original post of 11 December) accepts that it is North Midlands not exactly the northern half of the country is it?

But, one thing is for sure, it's a lot nearer the south than York or Pickering.
