Which ever way it's still a cheap way of getting a Motohome to Ireland.

Here's the above calculation revised for those lucky s*ds like Lenny who get 80 miles for every £2.50 in vouchers.

 

4500 airmiles divided by 80 = approx 56 lots of £2.50 Tesco voucher exchanges (the value of the points required for each airmiles voucher).

 

So, multiplying 56 by £2.50 =£140.00 in Tesco vouchers.

 

So in this case the value for every £2.50 of vouchers exchanged equates to £4.80, which is almost double the value, but not quite ... I'll stick to using the chunnel and getting 4 times the voucher value ... but if I want to go to Ireland again I might check it out!
