Bartonfolk
I expect this has been asked before, but I cant find the answer on the site. What do we need to pick up sky tv when we are in the Uk or Europe...can it be done? We have looked in Maplins catalogue and see that a slingbox is available. But we need detailed instructions...being non technical! Do we access with via our pc or tv and what do we actually need to do. Is there a book or set of instructions or have any of you done it? any help gratefully received.

Loads on the market I use a dreambox which receives Sky and freesat transmissions but their are many others. Good website, think it is www.satelliteforcaravans.co.uk. Neville Street
We use a slingbox to watch stuff on our Sky+ box from elsewhere in the UK and my brother sometimes watches it from Hong Kong. Pretty easy to set up and provided the internet connection at both ends is OK the picture is very watchable.
