More lesuire battery problems or?.

Have Autotrail Cheyyene 2.8 2001. Have EHP on most of time and battery is around 13.7 v ,at the 240v connector to camper when battery is charged it reads .04 amp.Today looking at the connector it read 000 ?, took look at display panel in van and no reading at all ie dial at zero .Checked switch 12v and it is on but no reading as said.Started checking fuses where i found the 20 amp on by the relay was broke, replaced that and tried to get a voltage reading from the brown/blue wires which come from the relays and found none.Wonder whether its one of the relays and how do i check them without buying new ones if it is that which is causing the problem.Would appreciate any advise, thanks.The lesuire battery is reading 12.65 v.
