Motor home access

Recommended Posts

Our new motor home is Autosleeper Classic Type Boxer333 SWB Peugeot 2009. In the last motor home we had a Turny power seat fitted at the cost of £3600.00. and worked well but trying to move my husband from the front seat into the motor home was proving difficult. This one the seat swivels so he dose not have to move to sit at the table. The Turny seat will not do that and it is another £1000.00 to fit it and will not turn to like the seat we have. It allso makes a bed so do not want to loose the flexability of the seat in the cab, The Turny seat came from Autoadapt My Husband does not drive at all now. Thankyou Flicka for your reply I am now going to that website you suggested to see what these other people have.

Hi Bonzelham

I have sent you an PM.

Our Milford Lift was fitted by Autochair in April 2009

It was their first fitted to the new Fiat/Peugeot chassis, therfore I needed to take our Motorhome to their Alfreton (Derbyshire) works for them to install.

They will do home demonstrations.

It appears (to me) that if change your motorhome, it will be a relatively easy matter of refitting the mounting post and battery connection for the motor/controller.

Autochair are shown as an exhibitor at the Naidex homecare, disability and rehabilitation exhibition at the NEC on 20th to 23rd April, if you are interested see http://www.naidex.co.uk/page.cfm/Link=1/t=m/goSection=19

You can register for free admission on this website.

They are also exhibiting at the Mobility Roadshow, Peterborough showground 1St to 3rd July http://mobilityroadshow.co.uk/index.php

Again, You can register for free admission on this website.

A satisfied customer.
