I booked my motorhome in with them over 2nd & 3rd March because they did a free collect and deliver service. On the day in question, they failed to turn up. I rang them and heard a short voice mail that following a company restructuring, they had ceased to trade. I was annoyed because my MOT was due as was my 5th year service including cam belt change. I thought they could have told me. I did manage to book into Platts of Longton on the advice of a forum member and all's well. Mark Currie from Fiat Assist did contact me in the end (he is warmly mentioned in the letter in MMM) to apologise and explain it had all happened so quickly.
