robertandjean Posted April 3, 2010 Share Posted April 3, 2010 Hi All, At last we are back in France! Crossed on Good Friday and no problem finding space on aire at Gravalines overlooking marina. Just walked dowm to Petit Port Phillipe in lovely sunshine and now sat in really nice bar, overlooking marina, listening to classical music and using bars free wi-fi. Will follow you over to France in May and intend to try some of the aire recommendations you kindly gave us. You may even convert me although the wife will take some convincing I think. Mr. Grumpy Posted April 3, 2010 Share Posted April 3, 2010 Hi All, We are in the Vendee near La Rochelle and have been experiencing heavy rain, high winds and hail stones for the past two days! Hopefully it is due to improve for a few days but then back to heavy showers by Wednesday.
