Keith T
I saw a news item in the recent CC magazine saying some speed limits in France had changed for caravans/motorhomes. I have checked the link, but it seems to me that if you have a motorhome up to3.5t max weight, and are not towing, the limit is still the same? http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/news-and-events/news/overseas-news/2009/jul/speed-limits-in-france---update Am i reading this correctly? WHilst so far the only E uro country I have driven in recentlywas France, is this a new 'pan-euro' regulation and does anyone know if there are plans to change in the UK? Peter Highe
Hi Yes you are correct, you have the same limits as a car. Peter
colinfrier
This link may help those traveling in various European countries http://campervanrental.org/2008/06/how-fast-can-i-drive-that-motorhome.html
Brian Kirby
Unfortunately Colin, the first row of that, for Belgium, looks a bit suspect to me. I therefore just wonder how reliable the rest may be.
