Andy_C Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 Not sure why you would need to send off the existing plate, normally you would just get a replacement or additional plate showing the revised weights. Which company is it? I think that, although you would be unlikely to have any problems driving around (here or in mainland Europe) without a VIN plate, it would be an unwise thing to do.
