mike 202
Hi my Garmin satnav Model Euro 660 failed to aquire satellites while I was in France 2 weeks ago, which has turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Why so?, well on my return to the UK (Portsmouth) I rang Garmin and was told that they operate a repair or replace fixed price policy, in my case £73. Took it in (rather than post) to their Southampton HQ on Monday 17th May and today 20th I received by courier a Newly Overhauled upgraded Nuvi 660FM with the latest software. (Newly Overhauled their words)- however I think it is a Brand New Satnav as there is not a mark on it. Brilliant service and very quick into the bargain, so WELL DONE Garmin.
