Denbiz
Has anyone else had a Truma 30mb gas regulator that leaked from the round, yellow, plastic knob on the top? Since the regulator is in an external locker I only noticed the smell of gas as I passed by on my way to the site office. I lost 5 litres of gas in 20 minutes. Does anyone know what function the the 2 yellow knobs serve? I could not, by the way, have hit the knob with anything since it is too close to the top of the locker. tonyishuk
I dont know about the regulator but our new Rapido had two leaking hoses replaced by Truma under warrenty. Maybe quality control is not their strong poin ?? Rgds
Brambles
I can only imagine you are referring to the little plastic vents for the atmospheric side of the diaphram. Under the large diameter cover is a spring resting on a diaphram and as it moves air as to escape. Your diaphram inside will have failed and have a hole or split in it. It is what can happen with age, contaminated gas, or refilling a refillable cylinder without turning off the outlet, or just plain had a fault to begin with. Knocking the 'knobs' should not have affected it.
