For those that want to know story so far and not suffer listening on iplayer, someone has left deposit on 'truck'(? ) to be converted to motorhome and it has been delayed so long they want money back, convertor contacted by radio has said "if only he contacted me I'd sort it out and give money back", since then customer has left messages and had no reply, radio is to contact convertor again, if he doesn't reply they will name and shame.
