duetto owner
Anyone with a transit hitop motorhome take a pet dog in their travels? we have a AS duetto and with the beds down does not leave a lot of space for the dog to kip. was wondering does it kip in the galley area but then get trodden on if there is a middle of night visit to the toilet, or kip in the front seat area. been advised not to let it sleep outside in case its stolen. magbrin
Don't have Transit - Have Renault Master med. Wheelbase high top conversion, and 2 Irish setters. They sleep in the front (cab) seats with their own seat covers and blankets. This may work for you. duetto owner - 2010-06-19 5:23 PM Anyone with a transit hitop motorhome take a pet dog in their travels? we have a AS duetto and with the beds down does not leave a lot of space for the dog to kip. was wondering does it kip in the galley area but then get trodden on if there is a middle of night visit to the toilet, or kip in the front seat area. been advised not to let it sleep outside in case its stolen. 747
Who would allow a pet to sleep on a cold hard floor? There is plenty of room on the bed surely? 8-)
Guest pelmetman
At home Troy sleeps on our bed and growls if we get on his bit (lol) In the camper we have the luton and fortunatley he can not climb the ladder, but he does have the choice of dinette seats or his bed B-)

JENIAN
Our Westie, Max, travels all over the UK and Europe with us in our Duetto and usually sleeps on the passenger/Captians chair and before dawn is found at the bottom of our bed. Ian
Mel B
First questions is - what dog is it? Size makes a huge difference!!!! We used to have a little cross westie/Jack Russell and in our earlier motorhomes, where you use the table top to make the 'bridge' between the dinette seats, he used to sleep under the tabletop in his own little 'pit' - he loved it and we used to have great trouble getting him out in a morning!!!
