tonyg3nwl Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Hi, Whilst we were on our continental travels, I tried several time to get laptop to access internet via McD.....s free setup. I received good signal strength but couldn persuade it to give me an internet connection. Normally at home, my laptop is connected via wireless link to BTHOME HUB, a secure link, and I know that McD is "open", so I wonder if that is the difference.
