Only one that I know of is at Vincennes (? spelling) in car park to the rear of the complex. Two stations within close proximity, can be clearly seen on Google Earth with motorhomes in situe. Not sure if someone on here used it within the last year? Not used it ourselves but noticed it when visiting Vincennes Palace, there seemed to be plenty of motorhomes using it at the time but still plenty of room.

Sorry can't be more help

We stayed at Vincennes in Feb '09. It's on the South side of the Chateau, which is to the east of the city, JUST outside the Peripherique.

No problems, and easy access to the city by Metro, BUT there are absolutely no facilities, so to fill/empty you have to drive out into the sticks, which was a bit of a problem as so many places weren't open in February! Should be OK now though - plenty of aires etc within half an hour or so, or smile sweetly at the campsite people at Bois de Bou.

As far as "feeling safe" is concerned, no worries at all. Good cheap way to see the sights of the city.
