I've read most of the recent threads and am not keen on subscription based trackers and/or the idea that you phone someone when your truck's been nicked, - so I was trawling the web again today and came across this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/REAL-TIME-GPS-tracker-Works-GOOGLE-EARTH-map-/110538390034 It appears to use sound tones to transmit live updates of its position to your phone and a decoder to get a display up on google earth or autoroute.
