thebishbus
HI Antony , I would try a repair with one of the new hybrid polymer sealer / adhesives, such as "Ever build Stixall." Put it on quite thick, it does work, I have repaired water containers with it successfully. Brian B.
Mickt
I contacted a company at www.branfibre.co.uk they will repair the tray in situ. Nice people to deal with and there is a campsite near also they will take you into Banbury whilst working on the tray, ours only took the morning

KeithR
i got cracks around the drain hole of my shower, and my local caravan dealer recommended a system that i think is that that branfibre use. Perhaps a franchise? however, although the centre of my shower tray feels very secure, i dont think the channel round it has much underneath support so re-covering the base would only be temporary, it would surely crack again. i think the under tray needs more investigation first. if anyone has had this treatment i would appreciate their opinion 8-)
