My basic criteria for dealing with any company on-line are that they have:

a) A visitable address (not just a box number).

b) A 'proper' telephone number, not a mobile.

If the above are not met, I assume that they have something to hide and walk away :-(

This just doesn't sound real -

4 POINT LEISURE & JOURNEY CAMPERS-MOTORHOME-SALES & CAMPERVAN

We have sold all our current stock but we are able to obtain almost any motorhome from our association with a huge network of motorhome stockists. ... We are able to deal with your part exchange.

01256 766261 - land line number given. Basingstoke area according to google.

From how it reads I think they are running as agents and don't hold stock but can go and find you what you want, strike a deal with a seller and make a profit through you.

Mandy

Sorry obviously not Basingstoke and I am just too slow .

If this is the same company that used to be Global Motorhomes then they were ok as far as I'm concerned.

I bought my current van off them in 2006 and they did a really good deal, gave me a really good part ex, fixed the points I was not happy with at the show, did the PDI and even threw in a set of carpets free and delivered the van to me within a week. Since then, I've had no problems with the van so can't comment on the after sales, but did see them at subsequent shows and they were more than happy to chat etc.

I can't fault them to be fair.

They did offer me finance through Black Horse so I would think if there was anything 'iffy' about them surely Lloyds wouldn't offer finance through them would they?

Hope this helps

Mike
