Dont people put the make model and type of their vehicle in the box under their name .

personally you may think what does she want to know for what can she answer .Even I have on occasions been able to come up with one or two good replys but its hard for the people who do know to know what they are talking about without asking what is your vehicle.

Think on folks its only as good as we make it . Here here Betty Boothroyd back and giving her orders already :D

Has it worked!

Took delivery of our first MH yesterday, off for 3 weeks in the morning touring North Scotland, first stop Killen, then onto Newtonmoor, Dingwall, Applecross area, Skye, and a leisurely return southwards. Many sites some wild camping, really looking forward to it.

Much of the problem lies with new forum members not being offered the opportunity to provide vehicle details when they go through the initial forum registration process. The method Michele mentions was suggested by me some 3 years ago, but it can only be carried out after the forum-registration process is complete and (because it's an 'unofficial' ploy) it's may not be immediately obvious to forum members how to do it. This is a link to the earlier thread:

Surely, anyone with more than two brain cells would describe their make and model in the text of their post if they were asking a question about it, wouldn't they?

Keep watching Nigel, you get some classics.

To be fair some "newbies" may feel a bit intimidated and that's understandable.

Some are hilarious though, questions are regularly asked which take longer to ask on here than a quick Google would, what's the point?

There was someone ask about bus times from a park & ride....get the picture?
