There is nothing more soporific for a boring old fart than an old film on tv with the sound muted or very low so that it does not disturb one's sleep pattern! And when I'm well away and really comfortable my wife wakes me up to get into a cold bed - I just wish she would warm the bed first and then come and wake me up! Anyone else relate to that?
