dikyenfo
Put them on when you see the next continental car or truck/van sporting theirs. There is no law to make you fit them just make sure you adjust your headlights so they dont dazzle. With modern flat beams this is not difficult. Wingpete
The French are apparently tighhtening up on the regulations and demand headlamps dip to the right, day or night time and are fond of dishing out fines to miscreants. So answer must be, get covers fitted or use suitable masking tape to cover the relevant high beam area of lamp.; Be careful though, as there are reports of plastic lenses overheating under the tape. Ok on Glass lenses.
flicka
These appear to be the most universal as far as range of models they are suitable for & also being transparent could eliminate the damage caused by using the Black tape type. http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_172996_langId_-1_categoryId_165458 Plenty of other sources also available on the Internet, Google "headlamp beam converters"
