Captain mikey
I am thinking of purchasing an induction hob,I can't remember where I saw comments about them. I remember that they are light, heat up quickly and cool quickly etc. Can anyone comment please about their usage and price etc Regards Captain Mikey

Corky 8
Hi, We have a induction hob in our fitted Kitchen,2 large rings and two medium rings plus a central warmer plate, its the best cooker that we have ever bought, its so controllable more so than Gas,there is no lamp,s etc its all done by Magnets, so aluminium pans are no good on Induction, nor is some thermal layered base pans , we take a small magnet when shopping for Pan,s if the Magnet sticks to the BASE of the Pan its ok for the cooker, will only ever buy induction now .....just buy a known brand, ie Bosch etc. .............Dennis
