flicka
Hopefully so, Eddie. Fingers & Toes crossed (painful) as it's already been replaced once. And £500 kept in my pocket ;-)
flicka
Just to update No reply from Cobra, either via their website contact page or direct e-mail. So looks like they are not interested in customer relations. Have found that by putting the cab side window internal screens in place, we do not have false activations of the Alarm, so will live with this until I can get the Van into the local "Cobra Approved Installer, for them to check it out. The current situation appear to confirm posters views that the Alarm requires the sensitivity adjusting.
flicka
Problem resolved. Our M/H is parked on the drive, off a main road bus route. I was close to the M/H when a Bus passed & the alarm set off. Checking showed it was triggered by the internal sensors & the Fridge door had swung wide open. The Fridge Door had triggered it, caused by the air movement by the bus passing by. The Fridge model does not have catch (as our previous model) to hold the door in an open position. So simple when you know how/why.
