Tony Jones
We're planning to go to the Christmas Market at Lincoln for a change this year - travel Friday afternoon 3 Dec, spend Sat "prowling" and come home that night. There are a few CCC CSs listed nearby, but I wondered whether there was anywhere we could stay overnight in the city, like there is at Bury St Ed's. Since so many of you have been tom Lincoln lately (!), did anyone notice any "motorhome parking" or places where overnight parking is allowed? kelly58
The CCC South lincs DA hold an annual meet for the market and park at the Whisbey Garden Centre its around £30 for the weekend and includes being bussed into Lincoln only any good if you are a CCC member though. Tony Jones
I'm a member, but the "day job" means we can only go for one night, so £30 even with transport would be dearer than a commercial or Club site. But thanks for the tip - I'll find out if they do a good "daily rate."

MandyAndy
I think you will find that Wisbey is full with the C&CC members, but I could be wrong. Mandy

Tony Jones
Thanks everyone, sorted now. I've booked us in to a friendly little CS just a few miles out of the city, for about a fiver. BtW, I did check with the council, but they expressly forbid sleeping or cooking in any vehicles on their car parks.
