kelly58 Posted October 22, 2010 Share Posted October 22, 2010 Last Thursday our new Peugeot based Autosleeper had its 1st service with Taylors Peugeot Boston they found the plastic drop down door beneath the drivers seat was broken " We will order you a new one and drop it to you they said " this Tuesday it was hand delivered to my home, When we went to the NEC show last Wednesday we handed the interia clock to the staff on the Marquis stand as it was not working " We will order you a new one and post it to you if thats ok " To-day Friday the postie called with our new clock fom Marquis Ipswich . With all the past adverse criticism regarding poor aftersales service to which we have also been victims of , its great to think that we have received such excellent service from two major companies in the last week. Service as in " name " only more a health check after 1000 miles we had done 1165 miles as a tryout run to Paris and Honfluer , Peugeot service is @ 2 years which will also include replacing brake fluid which seems the norm nowadays , but cannot think why perhaps just another reason to hype up the bill.
