EHIC Card double check it hasn't expired

Hi, Everyone

 

Not sure if you have one of these cards or not but if you do travel in Europe then its really worth getting one they are free and provide you with a level of health care when travelling.

 

If you have already got one then DOUBLE CHECK it hasn't expired as we have just found out ours expired on the 10/10/2010 good job we haven't a European trip planned for a few weeks or so.

Ours were due to run out in November. I have just renewed on line, very simple to use. I've got the new oness back to-day, taken less than a week No cost for postage even!

Just checked ours and they expire in December!-Thanks for your post served as a timely reminder.

Have just renewed ours on line-quick and easy and as you say free including postage

Make sure you check both of your cards ours were taken out at the same time. I had to renew mine 6 months ago, wife's expires this month.

P.S. Don`t forget Driving Lic. also has a renewal date (Photocard)

Thanks for the tip - I knew ours was 2011, I'd forgotten it was 1 Jan 2011!

 

You can renew up to 6 months before expiry date.
