Is the industry and marquis hedgeing its bets making and selling caravans?sales of motorhomes have taken a hit in the last two years,and with the pensions looking shaky,i can see the end is nigh with many motorhome converters looking at a cheaper option.

You might think so. But isn't it rumoured that Bailey are about to release a motorhome? Simply manufacturers diversifying into adjacent markets.

The "Bailey's" producing Motorhomes are the old Autocruise Directors who have started a new company, not the Caravan manufacturers.

I thought the brothers were Bentley not Bailey.

The new MH's we looked at at the NEC were definitely Bentley's.

I thought Autosleepers might be hedging their bets with a caravan until I saw them at the NEC at around £27-£29000 and at their weight around the same price for a tow car to pull them.
