Its to do with the chap (Paul Chambers) that twittered he was going to blow up an airport as a joke, and was taken to court for it and convicted 8-)

So the twitter community has started posting the same message with the tag line "I'm Sparticus" (lol)

So will the Authorities arrest the thousands that have so far repeated the message and looks like it will soon reach hundreds of thousands (lol)

The PC authorities have egg on their face >:-)

On the other hand, the lawyers ( i.e. the 'authourities') made money out of it, and it cost Paul Chambers a thousand quid - so I'd say it's more of a draw.

As a armchair anarchist >:-)

The thought of thousands of people doing exactly what one person has been dragged (pointless IMO) through the courts for appeals to my sense of humour B-)

Just shows what a bunch of morons we have running the CPS *-)

I agree that it was an awful lot of time and money to waste on this twit, although I have read that he has also had to pay substantial legal costs as well, so maybe it cost 'us' nothing.

If I had been running the airport I would simply have cancelled his booking.

( Or as a really good joke, ban him from the airport altogether).

The problem is, how are we to know who is joking on the net ?

We get quite enough misunderstandings on this forum, and that is supposed be 'friendly' !
