Can anyone assist? My pal is looking for a van, here are his requirements.

Hi-top panel vans that would fit this description:

True 4 berth for length

NOT drop down bed

NOT bunk beds

NOT Transit nor VW chassis

Not more than 2 years old OR new

NOT over 6m (or perhaps just a bit longer) in length?

2 room concept

access from rear doors possible

Thanks

I suggest that he looks on the 'Devon' website.

They do a 2 room version on a Renault (and I think on a Mercedes.)

I'm not sure though about a "true 4 berth" panel van.

There's a Buyers' Guide towards the rear of MMM magazine with a panel-van conversion section. This might provide sufficient data for your pal to produce a short list, though (IMHO) his requirements may be unrealistic.

It's the 'no bunks/drop-down bed' criterion that's the real killer, as this excludes 4-berth PVCs like Concorde's "Compact" or Globecar's "Vario".

Perhaps a Danbury Family 4 or Family 6 (on the Renault Master) might be suitable?
