tonyishuk
Great conversion, but very short of 240V and 12V outlets ! Anyone know where what make the fittings are ? or a supplier ? They are similar to the units offered by CBE. but are a slightly different fittings and colours. May only be made for Rapido ? Rgds
Colin Leake
In our Rapido some bright designer put two 13amp sockets in the kitchen one above the other which make it difficult to use both as the cord of the plug in the top one fouls on the bottom plug! I carry an extended adaptor to get over this.
Philman
Colin, could you not rotate the sockets by 90 degrees so that the plug leads would come out sideways? Phil.
Robinhood
No longer have a Rapido, but I'm pretty sure they were CBE fittings in 2005. If you're convinced they aren't, but are very similar, try searching for Berker fittings (My current van has these). The CBE fittings have a square insert in the frame, whereas the Berker ones are circular. You can actually find them on the CBE site (http://www.cbe.it) so I suspect they may be associated. I've only found a limited range on sale in the UK. HTH

MANY THANKS the units seem to be the Berker units as suggested by Robinhood. Rgds.
