tof Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 Does anybody have any knowledge/experiene of anywhere to park up for the night after getting off the ferry, near/on the port, perhaps like Marine parade in Dover where you can stop over night free and just pay the meter in the morning after 9.00am. lennyhb Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 Looked like you can park up in the port waiting area, we spent the night in car park by the beach in the village of Rosslare, a bit noisy with local kids driving in & out until the small hours. You can always find somewhere to stop in Ireland wild camping is generally accepted the locals stay in beach car parks for days on end. We only stayed on a site once in 2 weeks.
