Hi

Does anyone know where I can buy the new Spanish/Euro adaptor for LPG filling in Spain. We are in the Malaga area at the moment?

GOOGLE-ing suggests that you MIGHT be able to buy the latest adapter for about €30 from a Mercedes dealership in Malaga. No information about which one, but there only seems to be a couple of Mercedes agencies there.

Have you tried any of the local Motorhome dealers/workshops down that way?

 

Look in the regional Yellow Pages (Paginas Amarillas)........most shops/bars have a copy.............. under "Autocaravanas" to locate them/get their phone numbers.

I bought one of these before I left the UK from Autogas2000.

 

I loaned it to a Belgian guy at the Repsol station in Alacanti and he filled his tank. I then went onto the same pump and I could only get 3 litres in before the cutout on my tank. I then moved onto another pump that took the UK type adaptor and was able to put another 37 litres in.

 

This is the only place I have encountered this new adaptor. Does the station not have one of the old pumps or an adaptor you can borrow.

Thank you for your replies. Allthough we haven't puchashed one, we did find the Repsol garage in Malaga who sell the LPG. I went in the garage to enquire about filling my bottles and he lent me a Euro nozel to fill up without any problems. For anyone who is interested in the address in Malaga it is
