Overnight stop between Bilbao/Santander and Valencia

Have a look at

http://www.furgovw.org/mapa_furgoperfecto.php

There are many quiet places to stop for the night (or longer).

There are no facilities at most of these, they are mainly just an area to park for the night.

If you need water or to dump, ask a local, they usually know where to send you.

I use a different one everytime I do the run, (twice a year) and suggest that you leave enough time to move to a second choice as they are sometimes not suitable for whatever reason.

We had planned to stay overnight at Camping Cuidad de Zaragoza

I looked at the entry for the site in the Caravan Club publication "Caravan Europe 1" and it has comments like "san facilities poss unclean low season" and "poss itinerants"

Has anyone stayed at this site ?

Last year we wildcamped at on the outskirts of Zaragoza, GPS N 41o 37' 10"  E 0o 54' 02".  It is the carpark for the Parque de Atracciones set on top of a hill overlooking the city in a wooded area, in winter it was very quiet except for the odd dog walker.  The GPS is good but it is a lot easier to find in the light.  There are no services.
