ips
He reminded me a lot of that comedian who does the pub landlord thing, I wonder if the comedian in question based his act on this bloke ??
nightrider
I chuckled when he had a go at the French and Italians, a man of my own heart, comical also when he mentioned the Royal Marines walking around London hand in hand (lol)

teflon2
Interesting about the Traders gate / Traitors gate was used by barges to supply goods to the tower last time I was in London the gate looked to be about 20ft above high water level rather puts the skids under global warming / sea levels rising ?. smifee
Last year we went to the Tower of London for the 'Ceremony of the Keys'. The 'guide' has us in stiches. It takes place about 2200hrs. You have to write in for tickets which are free but after the event they ask for volountary donations. Just do an internet search for "tower of london" +keys for details.
