If it sells in range £35k - £38k as advised by supplying dealer, then we see that as fair depreciation. If it doesn't sell then we'll hang on to it........ we're not desperate to downsize. Interestingly, today, we were giving it a good clean and moved it from top of drive to close to pavement to get good access all round. Two separate couples stopped to admire it and chat - but not in the market for a van. All I need to do now is match potential buyers to my offer ........ simples!
