Should this Winter tyre thing come in, for the average Motor-home that typically covers very little mileage this would be a very costly exercise, to add yet more costs to this "hobby". I've just binned four perfectly good tyres because of their age, not because of their wear. No doubt they will end up in India or somewhere and be good for another 15/20 years. If the UK was to follow the German lead two sets would be getting binned long before time, God I despair. Plus I do remember one occasion in the UK that we had snow in June, would that mean back on with the winter tyres. >:-( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
