Hi Billy

In the process of doing the same myself.

Shop around, I have found safeguard to be over £100 less than my current ensurer. It depends on circumstances so no two people would neccesary be the same. We both over 70, and need 90 days away at any one time, also were you keep van seems to make a difference

These companies all seem hell bent on new business but don't seem to care much about existing customer's renewal premiums?

Perhaps they bank on most people just paying up and saying nowt?

I ain't most people!

It pays to get other quotes and see if the existing insurer will price match as they often will - or at least reduce the premium somewhat.

It pays to ask!

I know a couple who travel Europe working the markets in the their MH and they say they have Business insurance and it's with Aviva, but they won't be the first to tell a porky to an insurance Co. But may be worth a try if not already done.

Your last post came up just as I loaded this :$ So a quick edit to say glad you found one. :-D
