euroserv Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 Against my better judgement we went walking on the Black Mountains on Sat and Sun and once the fog lifted at lunchtime we were treated to lovely views and sunshine! Rained all day both days back home! Used my Scudo van as changing room/catering van and stayed at a fabulous pub. I clearly don't need a camper van yet! Driving down those tiny roads, deserted off season like I am on a rally stage; it does not get any better. Weekends like that remind me why I don't have any desire to holiday outside the UK. Better half does not agree though, she's dragging me off to Patagonia this summer! Hope it rains; that will shut her up next year.
