Once installed you will have full access to the latest mapping in MapSource." .............. OK, well done! So the map will install to the PC without MapSource first having being installed. Already having MapSource, I hadn't realised that. So, first download the map update to device and PC, and then download and install the MapSource program which, recognising the previously downloaded map as a MapSource product, will install and open.
