You can phone them about anything you are not sure about, as we didn't we ordered the wrong one, we sent it back and they replaced it with the correct one. They send fitting instructions and also have them on their web page, we are so not techno but we did it. This allowed us to give our daughter a laptop for christmas for around £60, the laptop was our sons and he smashed the screen when dropping it. I was delighted to see a product called "SPIDER STOP" it contains natural chestnut extracts and clover leaf oil! spray it around doors, windows or other areas where spiders may get in.
