When i turn my ignition on the glow plug pre heat light flashes on very quickly and then goes off, hence my pre heat is not working properly and cannot start vehicle. It's easy to do yourself, you cab get them from ebay for cheap money, and the difference (I found, on our 1992, Peugeot J5 based MH) is very much faster glow-plug warm-up.
