Phil of Plymouth Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 Been down in France for last three weeks and two problems manifest themselves. !/ Fresh Water tank leaking if more than half full. i believe this is not too rare a problem very slight leak but how does one get the hing out? 2/ Got bogged down in sand.- tractor duly turns up and attempt to screw in the towing eye to the front. No way at all, even after thread cleaning and strong man tactics will the towing eye screw in. Result attempt to tow out attaching rope to chassis - but breaks front bottom of A class light moulding. Have I got a claim against Fiat, Brownhills ( ha ha ) or Rapido, or is it a case of tough xxxx Jack? Back in UK May in the meantime any suggestions welcome.
