Guest pelmetman
We are currently using dishwasher tablets in the cassette, and washing up liquid in the flush tank :D ................................So far well impressed with the dishwasher tabs which are slowly cleaning our 21 year old cassette (lol) ............and washing up liquid is fine in the flush tank................but... BEWARE as we found out today....to much washing up liquid and a warm cassette full of ...........yes that stuff :D ..............and when you open the valve you get a bubble........and if you burst it........ you get the smell of pure fart (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol)
fjmike
We have been using Lidl bio liquid for quite some time now. It doesn't have that horrible chemical smell that the proprietary products do and it keeps the inside of the cassette cleaner and no lime scale
thebishbus
Hi . As I have no doubt other people will mention, just use a cheap bio washing up liquid in the casette from Aldi or Lidl ( just has a perfumed smell ),and remember the water is a rince, not a full flush. so after use spray round the pan with a disinfectant. We just keep refilling a spray dispenser. Brian B. ps. And have an air freshener in the bathroom, just for the odd smells of course. *-)

thebishbus
Hi Mike. I do not bother to measure the bio liquid, I just pour a good slosh from the container, and add a little water, works fine. Brian B.
Caroline
We were told a tip to clean the cassette of the loo, put in Ice cubes and then travel they clink around and clean as they go and your loo is then ready to use with a little bit of liquid in it. :->
