art338
Just passed it on the way to Wincanton Racecourse CL at 16.25hrs this afternoon. The fire service were spraying everything with water, According to my passenger some of the M/H was blackened and some windows were broken. I did see a large blackened area of ground and that was all. Who it was I doubt we will ever know. One wonders was this someone who uncaringly drives with the gas appliances alight and thinks nothing of filling with fuel? It is a windy day and even fumes from a nearby car could easily erupt into flames. art
Dave Newell
It does make one wonder about gas appliances running while driving. I'm seeing a worrying increase in numbers of vehicles running with the gas cylinder turned on and a few days ago had one in with the fridge running on gas as he drove. D. Quite agree Dave but not everyone looks at things logically. This particular person is local to me and lives in his motorhome so he probably just leaves it on gas all the time rather than constantly switching power source. D.
