The more I see of the work done by the Information Commissioners - the more I respect their tenacity and their sense of fair play. The fact that these 24 people were able to bend the rules to have their names omitted from the list was bordering on corruption at worst and a bending the rules to outside credibility limits at best. I have used "Subject Access" requests to obtain information from companies using the Data protection Act 1998 on several occasions and have found the Information Commissioner dept. exceptionally helpful.
