BGD Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 There's been loads about it here in previous threads - you can just use the "search" facility to read them.....general view seems to be from memory that the proposed fees are very high, given that the site is not on the coast at all, and is in a fairly barren area.....
