Ferry deals this summer

We joined the camping club this year and decided to see if they could get a ferry price cheaper than I could.

I tried the discount websites and although I managed to get a good price, the camping club travel shop managed to beat it. Only by £4.00 but when you look at the fact we go over to Europe at least 6 times a year it will pay for next year’s subscription ;-) ;-)

This is a good site for the latest ferry deals and other ferry info.

Don

Had a look for September 16, Norfolkline one way, Dover to Dunkerque. We always use Norfolkline, as they don't charge for dogs on the UK > France leg.

Norfolkline was £34 + £6 fuel surcharge.

directferries was £42.50. £2.50 more than going via Norfolkline.

In the end went with Norfolkline via Quidco and got a 7% cashback.

Used to use CC but we've just changed to C&CC and their booking service doesn't do Norfolkline.

Just been on the Caravan Club Site and tried a booking.

It seems that if you have a motor caravan you cannot book a trailer. (Option greyed out)

The good news is that if you book as a car (up to 10 meters long) you can take a trailer *-)
