Rayjsj
On our recent 3 month 'stint' in Scotland and the Hebrides it rained a bit (quite a lot actually !) so we listened to the radio and played CD's more than is usual for us, AND the '20 minute switch off' started to drive us Mad. (a Job for when we got back). So, thank goodness for keeping old issues of MMM and the February yearly Index. I was able to find Terry Acreman's Article 'Radio Rage' and with 2 x 2.5 mm long reach Allen keys as 'Radio Keys' I was able to do the 'permanent live' to Ign. live 'Fix'. (you need to read the article !) Now, before everyone warns me about flattening the Vehicle battery,I am an Adult, I know when to switch off the radio.I don't need a timer to do it for me,whether I need it or not. By the way, Clive Mott-Gotobed covers it as well in this months (Aug) Interchange. Terry's article is on Page 221 of the April 2006 issue. Sorry folks but this is strictly for 'Pre-2007' Sevels only. After this they went to 'Can-Bus' wiring. You know it makes sense (NOT !). Ray ;-)
