I'm planning a route down to the St Moritz area from Calais. Can somebody tell me what the cost of the Swiss motorway vignette will be for a sub 3500kg motorhome ?

No need to buy one before going.

As you enter Switzerland via an autoroute you will be met at the border crossing a very nice Swiss Border Guard who will advise you that you will need a vignette, then take your money and supply the vignette and will then advise you on the best place to stick it (on your windscreen, of course).

That's a good deal, as we bought ours at the border ( to be fair we didn't expext to go to Switzerland) and ours cost 40Euro with 2 Swiss Francs change... that was last Saturday

Wonderful thing, in 2010 gave us the best underground tour of Switzerland you could ask for. Having said that every time we surfaced it was pelting down with rain, at least in the tunnels we had good visibility. Perhaps one year I will go back and see what it looks like above ground! ;-)

Bought our online.
