tazdog6007 Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 with all the aggro with my prostor awning.with brownhills and autosleeper rejecting my warrenty claim i decided to see if i could source the part and fix it.to try and describe the part required was a nightmare, untill i contacted miriad products of derbyshire (01283586060)and spoke to rebecca who emailed a schematic of the awning where i saw the part i wanted.now ordered.she was helpful in the extreme,so anyone out there who needs a part for your m/h try them.SO SCREW YOU BROWNHILLS YOU BUCKET OF WORMS (I.M.O) >:-)

We come to expect poor service from Brownhills as a matter of course but Auto Sleepers also seem to now have this worrying trend, if you have one of their vans that is, of anecdotally and allegedly having gone from one of the very best at customer care to one of the same as all the others - poor - uncaring - unsupportive? They do themselves no favours in the long term do they? Perhaps I've misread the market and they are all selling so many new vans that they can't cope with demand? Yet more good reasons not to buy a new van I guess!
